Greene King invites you to enjoy a pub in your back garden for a day with your very own beer vehicle.

Have you ever dreamed of having your own private pub in your back garden, at an event, sports club or a big family party? Well here’s your opportunity thanks to Greene King, who will give your event the extra wow factor as they drive the pub to wherever you are in Suffolk. You and your guests will have use of a Greene King beer vehicle with 2 x 30lt kegs, to enjoy for a whole day. Greene King advises the prize to be used as part of an event and encourages responsible drinking.

Greene King will provide one staff member to maintain and serve from the beer vehicle.

Definitions

1.1 “Winner” means the final bidder

1.2 “Greene King”, “Our” means Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited (Company Number: 03298903) whose registered address is at Westgate Brewery, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 1QT

1.3 “Vehicle” means the Greene King beer vehicle

1.4 “Experience” means the use of the Greene King beer vehicle for up to seven hours

1.5 “Venue” means the location agreed prior to arrival of the Vehicle 

1.6 “Booking” means the mutually convenient date agreed between Greene King and the Winner

1.7 “Guests” means all those persons who attend the Event

• Winner to agree mutually convenient date for use of the Vehicle with Greene King (subject to availability).
• Greene King will provide one staff member to maintain & serve from the Vehicle.
• Access to clean running water and power will be required for the Vehicle to work.
• The Vehicle will be set up at one location only at the Venue and will not be moved once unloaded.
• Experience may not be resold or re-auctioned.
• The Winner will need to make the Booking to be redeemed by the end of 2025 (subject to availability).
• All users of the Vehicle must be 18 years of age or over.
• Experience only available in Suffolk.
• The Vehicle must not be stationed on a public street.
• Greene King will not be liable for loss of or damage to property except where and to the extent that such loss or damage is caused directly and wholly by the negligence of Greene King’s employees or agents. Specifically, Greene King is not liable for any damage caused to grass or driveway when put in the Venue.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Greene King but the Winner agrees that consequential loss or damage is not a likely result of Greene King’s failure to hold the Experience.
• In the event of cancellation of the Experience by Greene King, Greene King will contact you to rebook on a different date (subject to availability). If the event of cancellation of the Experience by the Winner, the Winner must contact Greene King to rebook on a different date (subject to availability).
• Greene King reserves the right to refuse delivery if the Venue is deemed to be unsuitable by Our staff member or if the Winner has failed to notify Greene King of any obstructions such as stairs. In such a case no rebooking of the Event will be possible.
• Greene King reserves the right to cease operation and remove the Vehicle from the Venue if at any time Our staff member feels that the Winner or Guests conduct endangers the safety of the Winner or Guests themselves or the safety of the Greene King staff member or the Vehicle. In such cases the Experience will end immediately, and no rebooking of the Event will be possible.
